Holiday Watch Failure
A visitor staying in Karon found her everyday quartz watch had stopped on day two of a two-week holiday. She hadn't brought a spare and had a full itinerary.
WHAT WAS DONE
Battery & Reseal Visit
She walked in without an appointment. A fresh battery was fitted, the gasket inspected and replaced, and the case-back reseated. A moisture check was run on the supported model.
