We examine the watch and identify what it needs — and what it doesn't.

A written estimate is provided before any chargeable work begins.
Work
Service is carried out on-site, at the Patak Road bench, to an agreed timeline.
Return
Your watch is returned with a summary of what was done (overhauls) or simply running and sealed (battery visits).
Battery & Reseal Visit
Quick battery renewal with a gasket inspection and case-back reseat for everyday quartz watches. A friendly, low-cost stop for owners wanting a watch ticking again. Includes a brief moisture-resistance check on supported models.
- Battery replaced, same day where possible
- Crown, gasket and case-back inspected
- Case-back reseated with appropriate torque
- Pressure test on supported models
Typical turnaround: same day or within 24 hours
Strap, Polish & Tidy
Combined strap fitting, light case polishing, and general tidy-up for watches showing daily wear. Suited to refreshing a familiar piece without major work. Surface finish is matched to the owner's preference.
- Strap or bracelet fitting (bring your own or choose from stock)
- Light case polishing — brushed or bright finish as preferred
- Crystal clean and case-back tidy

Comprehensive Bench Service
A full movement overhaul paired with case and crystal attention for watches needing deeper care. Intended for owners preparing a watch for years of continued use. Returned with a clear written summary of the work done.

Secure Custody
Every watch is logged on arrival and stored at the premises. No watch leaves the workshop during service.

The workshop environment is regulated for temperature and humidity — particularly relevant when working with open movements in tropical Thailand.
Compatible Parts
We source manufacturer-compatible batteries, gaskets, and parts through established supply channels. Substitutions are discussed before use.
Post-Service Function Check
Each watch is verified running before collection. Quartz watches are sealed and pressure-tested where applicable.
Clear Communication
If we find something outside the original scope, we'll contact the owner before proceeding — not after.
